1. You will have a complimentary virtual meet & greet with me, the founder

2. If I am the right fit for your family, you will complete my intake forms

3. Next, I will perform an assessment with your child (interview with caregivers, observations, direct evaluation, etc.)

4. I will then create an individualized treatment plan for your child

5. Finally, your family will begin receiving ABA therapy services

Payment & Insurance

A Village Behavior Services is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. I provide detailed superbills that families may submit to their insurance companies for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Historically, families who have submitted these superbills have received substantial reimbursement for services. However, coverage, reimbursement rates, and documentation requirements vary by insurance plan, so families are encouraged to verify their out-of-network benefits directly with their insurance provider.

Rates will be discussed during the complimentary initial consultation, so families understand the expected cost before deciding whether to proceed.
